At Kido, we are pleased to partner with parents and accept all government funding initiatives for children aged 9 months to 4 years old at all Kido Schools. This includes:
As Kido is open 51 weeks per year, all funding entitlements are stretched over the full year to provide consistency in parents' monthly invoices. Whether you are a working parent, self-employed, or on maternity leave, you could be eligible for 15 or 30 hours of funding. More eligibility information and how to apply can be found below.
Navigating childcare costs can be challenging, but there’s support available. The UK government provides several funding schemes, including tax-free childcare and funded hours, to help families access quality early years care. Whether you're a new parent or already part of our nursery community, these options can ease the financial burden and make childcare more affordable. Look at some of the options that might help you out:
You can apply for the term before your child turns 9 months, 2 years or 3 years old.
