Kido EdVantage
Welcome to EdVantage, a comprehensive UK Level 3 Certification (EYFS) course designed to prepare and certify aspiring educators who want to work at Kido preschools across the UK. Our course spans two phases and begins with a 6-week online training program. Upon successful completion and assessment, candidates progress to Phase 2 onsite training of 12 to 18 months at a Kido India Centre.
This program is specifically crafted for graduates or undergraduates keen to pursue a promising pathway as professional childcare educators.
Besides offering first-hand classroom training at our state-of-the-art Kido facilities, EdVantage presents successful candidates with an excellent opportunity to work at our prestigious schools in the UK.
We are starting our first batch in the month of October 2023.
Training Details
Phase 1
Candidates will be eligible to attend the Phase 1 training program after successfully completing a screening process.
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Mode of training: Online training and assessment
- Cost: INR 10,000 (Plus GST)
- Candidates can opt out of the EdVantage program on completion of Phase 1.
Phase 2
Candidates will be eligible to start the Phase 2 training on successful completion of Phase 1
- Duration 12 to 18 months
- Mode of training: Onsite at a Kido International centre in India
- Total Cost: INR 60,000 (Plus GST)
- Monthly stipend: 18,000
- First-hand onsite training and classroom experience.
Final Placement
- Attractive salary package in the UK with £20,000 - £25,000 per year
- Guaranteed placement at Kido Preschools in the UK upon approval of the UK visa.
- If your UK visa is not approved, enjoy a confirmed spot at Kido Preschools in various locations across India.
- Visa costs are to be borne by the candidate.
