Managing your Work-Life Fit

Becoming a parent is one of life's most joyous and challenging curveballs. We believe that all parents should be supported at this time, particularly when many inevitably return to work. We've created a 3 part workshop series after feedback from many parents (and our own experience) on what they needed most, with the aim of helping you hold onto the joy and tackle the challenges head on. Come along to all 3, or choose a one off session depending where you are at in your journey! Facilitated by Becki Nazareth, a specialist Parent Support Coach.

3) Managing your Work-Life Fit: Parenting and working is an inevitable juggling act and everyone tends to have very different ideas of how best to manage this. We call this your work-life fit, it is unique to you, in this session we will help you to define what yours looks like. We will reflect on your priorities, what builds your resilience and what boundaries you need to put in place. The result? A happier you both at home and at work!

We encourage interaction and creativity in our sessions, please bring along some plain paper and some coloured pens/pencils (we won't ask you to share what you create!)
