Welcome to Kido EaDo, Houston

We’re thrilled to welcome families to our brand-new preschool, located at the corner of Canal Street and Nolan Street in the vibrant, multicultural East Downtown neighborhood, affectionately known as "EaDo." Just five minutes from Downtown Houston and 15 minutes from the Medical Center, our purpose-built 7,500-square-foot campus features a spacious outdoor playground, an all-weather age-specific play area, and dedicated classrooms for Infants and toddlers.

Enrollment is now open for children ages six weeks to five years. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, our curriculum is designed to nurture curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.

At Kido EaDo, we offer our unique and highly regarded Spanish immersion program, which combines the best of dual language proficiency, while achieving our aspirational goals for emotional, social, and academic growth in preschoolers.

All of our teachers are formally educated and have a wealth of experience in the childcare industry and a genuine passion for teaching children. We put our heart into it and welcome teachers from different nationalities and cultures. This along with the 100 hours of internal training is all to ensure we give your child the very best learning and development experience while they're in our care.

Our international team of experts has created a comprehensive pedagogy known as the Kido Early Years Program. This innovative system incorporates the best practices from teaching philosophies from around the world, such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia and the theory of Multiple Intelligences.

You won't miss a moment of their development. Through our app for parents, you'll get regular updates, pictures and communication from your child's teacher throughout the day. Also during pick-up and drop-off we'll be sure to talk through anything you need to know and answer any of your questions.
